Terms of Use

By downloading or using VintageCam (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

Tunne Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Accounts

[If the App has accounts:] You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

[If the App has in-app purchases:] Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's policies.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and code in the App belong to Tunne Studio or its licensors.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunne Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
